I work with individuals, couples and families. My approach is collaborative, engaged, and practical. I pay attention to patterns, ask direct questions, and help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Insight matters, but so do skills. I integrate evidence-informed approaches and tailor the work to each person rather than a one size fits all. I prioritize our connection as much as the clarity and strategies we build together.

Outside of therapy, I love being with those closest to me. I’m a wife, a mom, an aunt, a sister, and a friend. These roles are incredibly important in my life and to who I am. Most days include lifting weights, reading before bed, and time with loved ones. I have a long-standing appreciation for horror and anything a little spooky. I have a goldendoodle that is my shadow and thinks he is human.
I value curiosity, authenticity, learning, and advocacy. I’m involved in nonprofit work as well.

WHAT THERAPY WITH ME IS:
-
I won’t leave you to untangle things on your own.
-
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space. I can hold hard emotions and humor in the same room. Your experiences won’t be too much for me.
-
Our work focuses on you, your goals, values, and growth. I tailor sessions to your needs, making the work meaningful and relevant for your life.
-
I’m not a wizard, though a magic wand would be helpful. Therapy takes time, effort, and honesty.
-
I don’t tiptoe around issues. I am willing to shine a light on patterns, blind spots, or behaviors that may be holding you back.
-
I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to what is most helpful for you.
