I believe each person carries a unique story, and that understanding and insight can be as powerful as the strategies and skills we build together. Therapy is human, not performative. No B.S., no script, just us, focusing on you.
I value authenticity, honest connection, and presence in the room both in session and in my personal life. I bring both clinical training and evidence-informed approaches while prioritizing genuine human connection. Sessions are collaborative and shaped around what you need, with space to explore, reflect, and focus on what works for you.
Outside of therapy, I find meaning in staying connected to the people in my life. Being a partner to my husband, a mother, an aunt, a sister, and a friend are the roles that matter most to me. Most days you’ll find me lifting weights, reading before bed, or spending time with my family and friends. I also have a long-standing appreciation for horror and anything spooky. I enjoy learning and spending time exploring a wide range of topics, which has led me to be involved in nonprofit work with a strong heart for advocacy.
Spirituality is an important part of how I make sense of life, and I welcome clients of all faiths, belief systems, or none at all. I see spirituality broadly, as anything that helps people feel grounded, connected, or aligned. Whether that is through a faith system, relationships, movement, nature, or simply one’s personal values. Both research and clinical experience suggest that feeling grounded and connected supports emotional well-being. I believe it is important to honor this in therapy and in my own life.

WHAT THERAPY WITH ME IS:
-
We actively explore your experiences, challenges, and strengths. While we navigate difficult or personal topics, our work is always grounded in professionalism and safety.
-
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are heard and seen. Therapy is about feeling supported while also having the freedom to be real, reflect, and grow. Support doesn’t mean soft or vague, it means consistent, attentive care focused on you.
-
Our work focuses on you, your goals, values, and growth. I tailor sessions to your needs, making the work meaningful and relevant for your life.
-
I’m not a wizard, though a magic wand would be helpful. Therapy takes time, effort, and honesty. Change often happens gradually, and it can feel uncomfortable before it feels better.
-
I don’t tiptoe around issues. While we go at your own pace, therapy should be a space where someone can be real, responsive, and reflective. I am willing to shine a light on patterns, blind spots, or behaviors that may be holding you back.
-
I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to what is most helpful for you.
